A little cottage for two people full of charm, near Charroux and the Gorges of the river Sioule. Small house typical of the old Bourbonnaise farms in Val de Sioule, completely renovated in June 2019.
Beautiful environment in a dominant position, surrounded by nature, it's a very quiet place.
A bedroom (160 cm bed), a small living room, a dining room / kitchen with day light east and west. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Garden area in the west side as in the east side. Hiking trails starting on site. Free private parking. Owner's house nearby.
Ideal for hikers, mountain bikers, bicycle tourists.

In order to allow a complete cleaning of the house and a perfect ventilation between two tenants, we ask you to arrive after 5 pm and to leave the house before 10 am. Thank you for your understanding.

Access by A71 motorway
Leave A71 at junction 12 (Ebreuil, Vichy A719). Follow sign to your right after the toll, go to Ebreuil then Vicq, then straight on towards Valignat, Bellenaves. At the top of the hill, BEFORE the village of Valignat (don't go in it), turn left on D183. L'Ormet and Le Petit L'Ormet are 1,500m on your right, in the middle of the little wood.
Access from Gannat
Follow signs to Ebreuil, then as above.
Access from St Pourçain
Follow signs to Chantelle then Bellenaves then Ebreuil via St Bonnet de Tizon. Over the level crossing and after the road to the village of Valignat (don't go to it), at the very top of the hill, turn right on D183. L'Ormet is 1,500 m on the right.
